We ensure this by bringing the critical elements of shipment such as Packaging, Timely Delivery, Order Status Update and support from our trusted Logistics Partner. So, once you placed an order, be assured as we will look after everything.
Also, timely delivery of the order is our utmost priority however, actual delivery depends on the availability of the product with us, your shipping address, etc. We have collaborated with top courier and Logistics Partner to assure that you receive your order on time. Each order is usually processed within 48 hours and we update you at every steps i.e. when the order is placed, processed, shipped and delivery. 1. Delivery Charges
Delivery charge varies with each product and their respective delivery locations.
Orders of Rs 1000 or above are delivered free.
2. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

1. How do I track my order?
Sorry, currently we do not provide this service. You will be informed via messages. We’ll send you shipments invoice. In future, if we are offering such service and your area order can be modify, you will receive a communication from our end.
We ensure timely communication about your order status via Email under the following conditions:
-> When your order is confirmed / processed / shipped / delivered. When your order shipment is delayed
2. How long does it take to deliver the product after it has been dispatched?
It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. This varies depending upon your and our location.
Once the order has been dispatched, we will notify you with on your registered contact details via Email along courier/delivery partner details.
In case a merchant is unable to fulfil the order on time, we will transfer the order to another merchant. If he order still can’t be fulfilled, the same will be cancelled and your refund will be processed.
9. Why is my order not delivered within the expected delivery date?
There could be a delay depending upon your shipping address, our location, courier services and unfavourable climatic conditions. If there's no update in shipment, please wait for 48 hours.
