Return/Replacement Policy

You may return all items sold by Pesiri within 15 days of delivery for a refund as long as it is unused and in a good condition.

The 15 days replacement Guarantee seeks to assist buyers who have been unhappy with their purchase on the Pesiri Website. If at the time of delivery and/or within 15 days from the date of delivery of the products, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement/refund of the product from the Pesiri subject to following terms and conditions.

Following product/s shall not be eligible for return/replacement:-

-> Damage due to misuse of the product/s.

-> Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.

-> Any consumable item which has been used/installed.

-> Products with tampered or missing serial/SKU numbers.

-> Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturing packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

On clothing and jewelleries, we accept 15 days exchange/return subject to following conditions: -

-> Clothes are not used (other than trial), altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way.

-> Original tags and packaging should be intact.

-> Damaged or defective clothing and jewellery products are meanwhile covered by the 15 days Replacement Guarantee.

Questions regarding Request/Return.

1. How do I track the status of my Return request?

Check the status of your Return at “Account Icon -> My Returns” Section and click on particular Return ID’s “View Return” to view return details.

Every request received at Pesiri is assigned RMA history, for which an acknowledgement mail is sent to your registered email address. Please use your registered email ID and phone number for any further communication.

After receiving your Return Request, we will update you on the status i.e. Acceptance/Rejection of Reverse Pickup, Reshipment & Refund.

2. How much time does it take to replace an order?

We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days once we receive the product at our end.

3. How will I know that my Returned product has reached you?

You will receive an email from us within 24 - 48 Hours of Pickup, along with the Tracking details.

You can track the package on Courier Company's website. You can also track the status of your return request at “Account Icon-> My Returns” Section and click on particular Return ID’s “View Return” to view the returned order details.

Steps for Requesting Return/Replacement

1. How do I file a return/replacement request?

There are two approaches for filing a request.

Approach 1:

Step 1: Initiate return from Accounts Icon-> Orders->RMA'.

Step 2: Click on Request New Return->Choose your order->Apply.

Step 3: Select the item in your order->Reason->condition->resolution->Submit Request.

Step 4: Pesiri Support confirms the return request.

Step 5: Pack the product with labels and shipment details.

Step 6: Handover the product to our courier Delivery Man.

Approach 2:

Step 1: Initiate return from Accounts Icon-> Returns.

Step 2: Click on Request New Return->Choose your order->Apply.

Step 3: Select the item in your order->Reason->condition->resolution->Submit Request.

Step 4: Pesiri Support confirms the return request.

Step 5: Pack the product with labels and shipment details.

Step 6: Handover the product to our courier Delivery Man.

You can place a Return request within 15 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery. Return request will be reviewed by Pesiri for our Approval.

After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners. If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by Pesiri.

After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated.

Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability.
